The decision to open Peaceful Easy Healing was easy because I want to help as many people in life as I possibly can. It's a holistic wellness practice focused on providing clients with a holistic approach to achieving their goals — to go beyond the physical and embrace the mental, spiritual, and social aspects of well-being. From intuitive readings and mediumship sessions to reiki healing, we offer services to maximize an individual's potential and create a sense of balance and harmony. I am passionate about individual growth and development and strive to create an environment that encourages open communication and encourages individuals to take ownership of their own health and well-being. In the future, I hope to tie this practice into my baking business, to offer both a range of services and products that support holistic living. Taking a holistic approach to health and well-being benefits not only the individual, but their family and community as well. I am confident that through this practice, I will be able to empower people to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

My Reiki Healing sessions are designed to promote balance and healing. Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps to clear energetic blocks and promote positive changes in the body. The healing energy will help to relax the body and mind, reduce pain, and promote the body's natural healing process. Reiki healing sessions can be done on a regular basis to maintain balance, or on an as needed basis to address physical and emotional concerns. Reiki healing is an ancient healing technique that is said to help bring balance and harmony to the energy systems of the body. Before attending a Reiki healing session, it is important to be prepared both physically and emotionally. Physical Preparation Before the Reiki healing session, it is important to wear comfortable clothing and take some time to relax. Meditation can help you connect with your breath and shift your focus to the present moment. Make sure to eat a light meal and avoid alcohol or drugs prior to your session. Emotional Preparation It is important to come to your Reiki healing session with an open mind. Allow yourself to receive the healing energy and let go of any judgments or expectations that may cloud your experience. Ear candling is a non-invasive procedure that generally takes about 30 minutes to complete. Ear candling involves laying on your side and having a hollow candle (made from a fabric tube soaked in beeswax) placed gently in the external auditory canal. The candle is then carefully lit and burned for about 10-15 minutes. This is repeated in the other ear. I currently have certifications in many of these and still study each day to develop my knowledge base.
